Skipper Development Program 2019-2020 - Call for Expressions of Interest

Expressions of interest are invited for the Australian International Yngling Association (AIYA) Skipper Development Program. The program is aimed at sailors with moderate to high levels of experience as racing crew, who are ready to develop their skills and experience as a racing skipper. Program participants will be given 10 coaching / mentoring sessions with experienced skippers, in both racing and non-race conditions.
